We discuss the situations that can lead a migrant domestic worker to find themselves in immigration detention and how these might be avoided. We also talked about rights in immigration detention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knowing how a migrant domestic worker might find themselves in immigration detention and their rights in immigration detention means that a migrant domestic worker can be better prepared should it happen to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
