Furthermore, the limited data on detention makes comparative data, such as with prison institutions, increasingly relevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns section-green is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:40%\">\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">We have looked at thousands of pages of literature and reports, and hundreds of data sources, including- but not limited to:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:14px\">\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.immd.gov.hk\/eng\/press\/press-publications.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u5165\u5883\u8655\u5e74\u5831<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u5165\u5883\u8655\u7db2\u7ad9\u6709\u95dc\u57f7\u6cd5\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immd.gov.hk\/eng\/facts\/enforcement.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u6578\u64da\u8cc7\u6599<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u61f2\u6559\u8655\u7db2\u7ad9\u7684\u7d71\u8a08\u8cc7\u6599<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u9999\u6e2f\u7279\u5340\u653f\u5e9c\u905e\u4ea4\u806f\u5408\u570b\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u6587\u4ef6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u7acb\u6cd5\u6703\u65b0\u805e\u7a3f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u4fdd\u5b89\u5c40\u5c0d\u7acb\u6cd5\u6703\u8ca1\u52d9\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u7684\u56de\u61c9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u9999\u6e2f\u653f\u5e9c\u300c\u8cc7\u6599\u4e00\u7dda\u901a\u300d <a href=\"https:\/\/data.gov.hk\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u7db2\u7ad9<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u653f\u5e9c\u7d71\u8a08\u8655\u7db2\u7ad9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u9999\u6e2f\u8b66\u52d9\u8655\u7db2\u7ad9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/accessinfo.hk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u7d22\u53d6\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u8981\u6c42<\/a> \uff08\u7531\u4ed6\u4eba\u63d0\u51fa\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-normal-font-size\">\u7d22\u53d6\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff08\u7531\u672c\u9805\u76ee\u63d0\u51fa\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li translation-block\">\u67e5\u627e\u6709\u95dc\u7f88\u7559\u4eba\u6578\u7684\u6578\u64da\u6709\u96e3\u5ea6\uff0c\u90e8\u4efd\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u7f88\u7559\u4eba\u58eb\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u5206\u6563\u65bc\u7531\u4e0d\u540c\u90e8\u9580\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u591a\u500b\u8655\u6240\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u96e3\u8655\u5c31\u662f\u4e0d\u540c\u6642\u6bb5\u7684\u6578\u64da\u96c6\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u63a1\u7528\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u91cf\u5ea6\u6e96\u5247\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u5c07\u5404\u500b\u6578\u64da\u96c6\u5408\u4f75\u8d77\u4f86\u4ee5\u6db5\u84cb\u66f4\u9577\u7684\u6642\u6bb5\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u4e0d\u53ef\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"measurements-and-units\">\u91cf\u5ea6\u8207\u55ae\u4f4d<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u6578\u64da\u96c6\u88e1\u6240\u9047\u898b\u7684\u91cf\u5ea6\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6bcf\u5e74\u7f88\u7559\u4eba\u6578\uff0c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6bcf\u65e5\u5e73\u5747\u7f88\u7559\u4eba\u6578\uff0c\u53ca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a snapshot of the population at a given date (ex. end of the month, end of the year)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6bcf\u5e74\u7f88\u7559\u4eba\u6578\u53ef\u4ee5\u95e1\u660e\u4e00\u500b\u7f88\u7559\u8a2d\u65bd\u4eba\u6578\u6d41\u52d5\u7684\u5e45\u5ea6\uff0c\u800c\u6bcf\u65e5\u5e73\u5747\u7f88\u7559\u4eba\u6578\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u4e86\u89e3\u7f88\u7559\u8a2d\u65bd\u63a5\u8fd1\u5bb9\u91cf\u98fd\u548c\u7684\u5e74\u4efd\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6bcf\u65e5\u5e73\u5747\u7f88\u7559\u4eba\u6578\u4e00\u5b9a\u4e0d\u6703\u8d85\u51fa\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u7e3d\u5bb9\u91cf\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u5404\u500b\u7f88\u7559\u8a2d\u65bd\u4e4b\u9593\u66f4\u5ee3\u6cdb\u6bd4\u8f03\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u76f8\u7576\u7684\u9650\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
