<em>\u514d\u9063\u8fd4\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<\/em>\u7372\u5f97\u514d\u9063\u8fd4\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u96e3\u6c11\u53ef\u514d\u65bc\u9a45\u9010\u51fa\u5883\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u514d\u65bc\u9063\u8fd4\u5f8c\u9762\u81e8\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u50b7\u5bb3\u6216\u6b7b\u4ea1\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u9019\u4ea6\u5373\u610f\u5473\u4ed6\u5011\u7372\u8a31\u66ab\u7559\u672c\u6e2f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u672c\u6e2f\u514d\u9063\u8fd4\u7533\u8acb\u7684\u8655\u7406\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7a31\u70ba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immd.gov.hk\/eng\/useful_information\/non-refoulement-making-claim.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u300c\u7d71\u4e00\u5be9\u6838\u6a5f\u5236\u300d<\/a>\u3002\u9996\u968e\u6bb5\u7533\u8acb\u7531\u5165\u5883\u8655\u8655\u7406\u3002\u82e5\u7533\u8acb\u88ab\u62d2\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u9177\u5211\u8072\u8acb\u4e0a\u8a34\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08TCAB\uff09\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0a\u8a34\u3002\u82e5\u7533\u8acb\u518d\u53d7\u9177\u5211\u8072\u8acb\u4e0a\u8a34\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u62d2\u7d55\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u9078\u64c7\u63d0\u51fa\u53f8\u6cd5\u8986\u6838\u3002\u82e5\u53f8\u6cd5\u8986\u6838\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u9177\u5211\u8072\u8acb\u4e0a\u8a34\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u5fc5\u9808\u91cd\u5be9\u6848\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
